The FC400 is an advanced controller designed to regulate the speed of electronic fans mounted on finned heat exchangers. It is used in a wide range of applications such as agriculture, HVAC, process industry and data centres.

Based on a modern platform equipped with a latest-generation processor, it allows firmware updates locally thanks to the built-in USB port or remotely through GR IIoT gateways.
It features two isolated MODBUS RTU RS485 interfaces, two serial interfaces for expansions, a micro USB port, and an optional LAN port with MODBUS TCP/IP or SNMP protocol. A wide range of communication protocol converters is also available (BACnet, KNX, Ethernet, Ethernet IP, Profibus, Profinet, and many others).
Thanks to carefully studied regulation algorithms, FC400 enables efficient management of the fan group, reducing energy consumption and thus increasing efficiency.
The integrated Bluetooth connection and the free HyCo application allow monitoring and configuration of the FC400 controller from Android mobile devices.
Equipped with a user interface consisting of 6 keys and a color graphic display with 320x240 pixel resolution, LED backlit. Thanks to a dedicated serial line, it is possible to add a second remote user interface.
Thanks to expansion modules, it can increase its I/O capacity. Specialized expansion modules for managing modern adiabatic systems are also available.
It natively integrates a Plug & Play connection to GR IIoT gateways to transmit process data to the HyCloud platform, enabling monitoring and assistance of the heat exchanger anywhere in the world.
It easily adapts to the most varied operating conditions, allowing configuration and programming of analog and digital I/Os.
