SERVICE AGREEMENTS
Hyterm's Service Agreemennts are extremely flexible, in order to satisfy the ever changing requirements of the customers.
Hyterm grants assistance by phone, mail, skype or personally at customer's premises, for a fast check up of possible misfunctions and a 360° support on products.


For the customers that subscribe a remote control service agreement, it's possible to grant immediate diagnosys and solution of any misfunction without having a on site service and reducing machine's downtime.
