FC400 is an advanced controller born for the speed regulation of electronic fans mounted on finned pack heat exchangers. It is used in most application sectors such as for example agriculture, HVAC, industry process, datacenter.
Based on a modern platform equipped with a latest generation processor allows the update of the FW locally thanks to the built-in USB port or remotely through IIoT GR gateways.
Thanks to carefully studied control algorithms, FC400 allows efficient management of the fan unit, reducing its energy consumption and increasing its efficiency.
Equipped with a user interface formed by 6 keys and a color graphic display with a resolution of 320x240 pixels backlight by LEDs. Thanks to a dedicated serial line it is possible add a second remote display.
Natively integrates a Plug & Play connection to gateways IIoT GR to transmit process data to the platform HyCloud allowing monitoring and assistance to the heat exchanger anywhere in the world.
It has two isolated MODBUS RTU RS485 interfaces, two serial interfaces for expansions, one micro USB port and one optional LAN port with MODBUS TCP / IP or SNMP protocol integrated. A wide range of communication protocol converters are also available (BACnet, Konnex, Ethernet, Ethernet IP, Profibus, Profinet and many others).
The integrated Bluetooth connection and the free application HyCo allow you to monitor and configure the controller FC400 from IOS or Android mobile device.
Thanks to the expansion modules it is able to increase its I/O equipment. Specialized expansion modules are also available for the management of adiabatic systems.
It easily adapts to the most varied operating conditions allowing configuration and programming of analog and digital I/O.
